- The Australian Information Commissioner seeks judgment in favour of the Applicant in this proceeding.
The Applicant requires you to admit, for the purpose of the proceeding only, the authenticity of the following documents:
- The email tiled RE: OAIC ref: CP23/02755 & EN23/09186 – Complaint about Australian Security Intelligence Organisation [SEC=OFFICIAL] and sent from early.resolution@oaic.gov.au on 21 September 2023, as set out in pages 28 to 31 of the bundle of documents lodged in accompaniment to the originating application and received by the Court on 25/09/2023.
- The letter addressed to the Applicant and sent by attachment to the above-mentioned email, as set out in pages 32 to 34 of the bundle of documents lodged in accompaniment to the originating application and received by the Court on 25/09/2023.
- The Applicant’s letter of 22 August 2023 sent to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner by digital transmission with the reference code XQL636PW, as set out in pages 4 to 6 of the bundle of documents lodged in accompaniment to the originating application and received by the Court on 25/09/2023.
If you dispute the truth of any fact or the authenticity of any document specified in this notice, you may, within 14 days after service of this notice on you, serve on the Applicant a notice of dispute (Form 42).
