I, Jan Marek Kant, give notice, under subsection 97(1) of the Evidence Act 1995, that I intend to adduce evidence of character, reputation, conduct or tendency to prove that the Federal Court of Australia has, or had, a tendency to act in a particular way, or to have a particular state of mind.

Evidence required

  1. A letter to the Applicant from the Federal Court of Australia dated 11 December 2023 and signed Judicial Registrar Curnow.
  2. A letter to the Applicant from the Federal Court of Australia dated 23 December 2024 and signed National Judicial Registrar Edwards.
  3. A letter to the Applicant from the Federal Court of Australia dated 6 March 2025 and signed Registrar Hammerton-Cole.
  4. A letter (with enclosures) to the Applicant from the Federal Court of Australia dated 21 March 2025 and signed National Judicial Registrar Goucke.

Character, reputation, conduct or tendency

  1. The Federal Court of Australia had a tendency of refusing to file documents without also calling attention to availability of judicial review.
