I, Jan Marek Kant, give notice, under subsection 97(1) of the Evidence Act 1995, that I intend to adduce evidence of character, reputation, conduct or tendency to prove that the Federal Court of Australia has, or had, a tendency to act in a particular way, or to have a particular state of mind.

Evidence required
Documents presented for filing to the Federal Court registry and email correspondence sent by the Federal Court concerning refusal or failure to file those documents.

Character, reputation, conduct or tendency

  1. The Federal Court tends to refuse to consider matters such as those dealt with by the Documents presented for filing on Monday 27 February 2025.
  2. The Federal Court tends to unreasonably refuse to consider matters dealt with by the Documents presented for filing on Monday 27 February 2025.
  3. The Federal Court seeks (or has sought) to avoid considering matters such as those which are dealt with by the Documents presented for filing on Monday 27 February 2025.
  4. The Federal Court seeks (or has sought) to shield officers of the Commonwealth and others from prosecution in respect of criminal offences.
  5. The Federal Court seeks (or has sought) to shield officers of the Commonwealth and others from justice with respect to wrongs done to the Applicant.
